Just finished the protein order for April 18th. Rehoboth Ranch is located an hour outside of Dallas, uses sustainable farming methods, and provides a top quality product that Dallasites ought to take full advantage of. Our order from RR includes leg of lamb, whole free range chickens, farm fresh eggs, and smoked bacon. Check out their website or their presence in SHED 2 at the Dallas Farmers Market. Hope we can provide more opportunities for farms like RR and others like Windy Meadows to provide local and near organic meats to those who recognize the importance.
