FCC = Inspiring Delicious Conversation

Wow, its been a while: Along with being a new dad (shes now 8 months), we are still cooking and experiencing life around the table. We enjoyed providing FCC experiences for a number of private groups last fall, winter, and now this spring.

We are kicking off our FCC season this Friday in Abilene in Support of ACU's locavore club - most of the food will come from SlowPoke Farms in West TX. Here's the link:

Em and I just returned from San Francisco and Napa where we ate and enjoyed more than our fare shares worth of inspiring cuisine. At each of these wonderful spots I was struck by the purity of ingredients and the devotion to technique.
